Booking & Session Policies
The following policies are in place to ensure clarity, respect, and a smooth experience for both clients and Leigh Soulis. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Booking & Payment
- Payment is required 24 hours before an appointment is confirmed.
All sessions are paid services. Once you submit a booking request, you will receive payment instructions. Your appointment is considered pending until payment is received. - Appointments are confirmed manually.
Leigh personally reviews and approves each booking request. A confirmation email will be sent once payment has been received and the appointment is approved. - Unpaid bookings are not held.
If payment is not received within the required timeframe, the requested appointment slot may be released.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- All sessions are non-refundable.
Once booked and paid, sessions cannot be refunded. - Rescheduling is permitted with 24 Hours Notice
If you need to cancel your appointment, your session will be rescheduled, not refunded. - Leigh will follow up directly to arrange a new date and time.
- Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to limited rescheduling availability.
Session Expectations
- Sessions are offered as intuitive, reflective, and supportive experiences.
They are not predictive, prescriptive, or guaranteed in outcome. - Leigh’s work is intended to support insight, awareness, and connection.
No specific results can be promised or guaranteed. - Clients are encouraged to come to their session open, grounded, and responsible for their own emotional well-being.
Intuitive Healing & Mediumship Disclaimer
- Intuitive healing and mediumship are paid wellness services offered for personal insight, reflection, and energetic support.
- These services are not a replacement for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or veterinary care.
- Leigh does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
- No specific outcomes are promised or guaranteed.
- If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please seek appropriate professional care.
Animal Intuitive Healing Policies
- Intuitive healing for animals is a paid, non-invasive energetic support service.
- Animal sessions are most often conducted remotely, allowing animals to remain in their familiar environment.
- This service is not a substitute for veterinary care, diagnosis, or treatment and should always be used alongside appropriate veterinary support.
- Leigh does not diagnose illness, recommend treatments, or interfere with veterinary advice.
- Guardians remain fully responsible for all medical decisions related to their animals.
- By booking an animal session, you acknowledge that:
- Sessions are not free and are non-refundable
- Results vary and are not guaranteed
- Responses may be subtle or gradual
- The animal’s comfort and consent are always prioritized
Photography Sessions
- Soulful Photography sessions are collaborative and intuitive in nature.
- Rates vary depending on location, time, and creative scope.
- Photography sessions require direct communication prior to booking to confirm details, expectations, and availability.
Respectful Conduct
- All sessions are conducted with mutual respect and professionalism.
- Leigh reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session if boundaries are not respected or if the service is not an appropriate fit.
